Dancing Paper icon?

I tried finding this to no avail. I often see both the highlighted and 'blank' paper icons moving. What does this indicate?

Steve - I rose that very same question myself not long ago but I was lucky to find out the answer :) .

Once you enter in one particular section of the forum (either "Port" or "Douro" or "Madeira" or ...), you may scroll down and you'll find the answer at the bottom of the page.

You will find what the "dancing paper icon" and also what other icons indicate.
