Decant: Just Opened - Slightly corked. Deep red, virtually no colour evolution to indicate age. Nose full of fruit, astonishingly primary characteristics with sweet blackcurrant fruit coming through. Silky into the mouth, disciplined and structured with masses of fruit and an acidic structure plus developing layers of additional blackcurrants. Aftertaste a little sticky, slow to develop and then gives a faint aftertaste that lasts a long time. 89 points
