Decant: Not Known - Clear, transparent, very light colour. Pale brown, clear rim. VA on the nose, under that comes brown sugar and apple juice. Soft entry into the mouth bringing muscvado sugar and apple juice. A nice acidic structure with other flavours - pear juice - coming through on the mid palate. Taste fades quickly but vcomes back for a while as a pleasant, sugary short length. 90 points
