Decant: 6 hours - Red in colour, with some paling on the rim. Slightly corked nose, almost hidden underneath an attractive blackberry but with some telltale mustiness. Sweet, thick texture with pleasant red fruit and a lovely palate presence spoiled by a slightly harsh note with the acidity showing through an ejoyable raspberry coulis. Great long length on the tingling, woody and licorice root finish. 82 points
