TN: 1977 Morgan Vintage Port

Decant: Not Known - Medium in colour, with a clear rim and a light centre. Very distinctive on the nose - full of sweet cherries and cloves and with a touch of chocolate. Sweet in the mouth; mildly fruity but with a good structure. Still a touch of tannin and lots of supporting acidity. Plenty of mid-palate complexity. Slightly hot on the on swallowing, but leads into a long and gentle aftertaste. A very enjoyable port. 90 points
