TN: 1960 Warre Vintage Port

Decant: 8 hours - Ex-cellars bottle, from the condition of the cork this bottle was clearly recorked quite recently. Slightly darker in colour than the 1963 shown alongside. Pale orange rim. Very dusty nose, with sweet cherry fruit underneath the dust - quite enjoyable. Sweet, but little fruit showing on the palate. Marmalade dominates the good length. Clearly a tired wine and one which has seen better days. 84 points
