Bottled in 1986. Initially quite spirity on the nose and palate, which subsided after two hours, allowing the nutmeg, cinnamon, spices, and some caramel to shine. The finish was clipped, and while overall pleasant, this had a slightly cooked note on it and seemed off. This was bought inexpensively at auction sight unseen (no picture) and I suspect it suffered from storage issues at some point.
