1980 Dow Vintage Port
served blind
Color: Dark garnet, mostly (but not quite) opaque
Nose: Medium red fruits, alcohol
Palate: Dryish, tart. More red than black.
Finish: Nice, with good length.
Score: 90 points. I guessed this one was the Dow even though it wasn't as dark and massive as I'd heard it should be.
