Decant: Not Known - Solid centre with a touch of maturity. Nose is surprisingly mature for a relatively young wine, full of attractive fruit. Fruit forward entry, medium-bodied and with tannins that show up after the fruit to take a firm grip. Very tannic for the level of maturity of the fruit. Big finish of fruit cake and spearmint. Surprisingly sweet for a Dow. Not sure where this wine will go with more age. 85 points
