Decant: Pop 'n' pour - Cask sample. Deep black in colour, opaque. Very early baby fruit dominates the nose, full of fresh cut grass. Silky texture in the mouth, with the fruit being well behaved; the tannins are very strong but the fruit is lovely and generous. Slightly hollow aftertaste, but the hollowness fills in rapidly to give a long, chocolate finish. NR points
