1983 Taylor's Vintage Port

Post by John Vachon »

Nose: nice

Body: full

Taste: young-big time-tannic

Aftertaste: nice-long lasting

18-/20

P.S. One of the best 83 T's-young like 15 years ago-recent Calf. purchase.

Tonite another great 83 T-two in a row=same batch.

I think most people under value the Taylor 1980,1983 and 1985.

Perhaps that is because Taylor does so well most of the time. A mediocre Taylor still might be a great Port compared to some of the other names.
