1970 Niepoort Vintage Port
From a “tall” normal shaped bottle. Still a deep purple color the nose was dominated by licorice and anise. Still youthful on the palate with licorice and berries. One of the best showings of this VP from a tall bottle I’ve had, this still has not reached peak.
