Day two of trying this VP. A rich nose full of wild blackberries and lavender. While on the palate dark chocolate is the predominate flavor with some stems noticeable in the background. Moderate tannins and a touch of bitterness on the medium length finish. Enjoyable VP that will reward mid term cellering. It's been fun to see the recent evolutions in Vintage Ports for this house. They continue to get better as each year passes and I look forward to continuing to watch their progress.
