Symington made ports from 2007

Post by John Vachon »

My group tasted 4 Symington ports from 2007 last nite.

Smith-Woodhouse-corked

Graham-group favorite but my third-IMO just so-so(15+/20)

Cockburn-ok (17/20)

Dow-For me the star of the nite-smooth and deep a great wine(19/20)

I didn't take detailed notes.

Sorry to hear about the Smith Woodhouse, but overall it looked as though you had a pretty solid lineup of Ports.
