Decant: 3 hours - Dark red, opaque. Slightly medicinal nose, with ripe but sharp fruit; pleasant. Sour and acidic impact, which dominates over the fruit. The tannins are gentle and only show on the finish, which follows on from a sharp and unpleasant aftertaste. I suspect this is in a closed phase and would have benefitted from a longer decant. 83 points
