Decant: 7 hours - Frim red colour, youthful and 90% opaque. Sharp and aggressive on the nose, showing plenty of youth. Sweet fruit, light bodied and with aggressive acidity. Pleasant parma violets on the aftertaste, but a hot finish which lingers on as a layer of sweet fruit. Serviced blind, this was guessed to be a lightweight mid-tier port such as Malvedos 1989. 83 points
