Decant: 2½ hours - Sold by the glass by the Bung Hole, Holborn. Deep red in colour, opaque centre. Youthful and vigorous on the nose, a touch minty. Neutral on entry, but develops nicely on the mid-palate to show a good, dense tannic structure with a full bodied youthful flavour that is in an early pase of drinking. spicy and a little hot on the aftertaste before a long and tannic dark chocolate finish. Spicy and lively, but very young. 87 points
