My first Port to be Coravin'd.
As a PnP...very deep, dark, extracted, terrific grip, round, lithe, groovy tension, medium sweet, and an apple-like citric acidity vibrating in the background, l-o-n-g.
At a 4 hour decant time, it has smoothed out but lost its tension and grip...I prefer the PnP performance.

Has anyone tried this with an old VP yet? Curious how the cork has held up with the pressure/needle being inserted through it.
