1960 Dow Vintage Port

Decant: 1 hour - From a bottle with a mid-shoulder fill and signs of having seeped recently. Copper brown in colour, 50% opaque. Gently nosing of Chrustmas mincemeat, lots of fruit and mace spice. Lovely sweet palate, full and rich with lots of brown sugar, bruised apples and cinammon. Hot and lively on the aftertaste, before a big burnt sugar aftertaste of great length. Delicious port. 89 points
