1970 Graham Vintage Port

Post by Al B. »

Decant: 4½ hours - Ruby coloured with a little bricking on the rim, 70% opaque. Fragrant nose, attractice and full of fruit. Sweet fruit on the palate, modest body but very flavoursome. A lovely complexity of flavours on the palate - very fruit driven with fully integrated tannins in support. A slight hollowness on the aftertaste, thena long finish of sweet, almost candied fruit. Very lovely port. Served blind this was guessed to be Fonseca 1985. 93 points
