Decant: 3 hours - Mid-red with a copper edge; 40% opaque, Smelly nose, not attractive and showing considerable heat. Thick in texture with rich chocolate tannins supporting a sweet and concentrated red jelly bean flavour giving a lovely palate presence. The jelly bean comes through on the aftertaste and leads to an attractive length finish that is full of sharp dried cranberries. 88 points
