1970 Quarles Harris Vintage Port

Post by Al B. »

Decant: Not known - Warm brick-red colour, light rim; 40% opaque. Ripe, sweet fruit on the nose that shows nicely on the nose. Balanced entry, lightweight but with gentle sweet fruit coming through on the mid-palate gentle tannins. Nice elegance to this wine; a lovely fruit aftertaste and a finish which is lingering and very refined. Very nice port. 91 points
