Decant: 7 hours - Deep red, firm rim; 45% opaque. Lovely perfumed nose, with lots of fruit - very attractive. Medium bodied mid-palate revealing a restrained fruitiness with a cigar ash undertone and very gentle tannins. Some restrained heat on the aftertaste, followed by a long finish of dried blueberries - and tannins which show at the end of the finish. 87 points
