Ha-ha Andy,

I would love to, but I fear that it would just be a matter of time before the problem would be the same.
I'll just have to make do with app. 700-bottle capacity.

Do you have access to an offsite storage facility? If so that is usually a cost effective way to store bottles, especially young stuff you don't want to drink anytime soon.

No, and I don't think I have seen it offered here in Denmark.
Anyway I'm fine with what I've got to work with now, budget is also an issue :mrgreen:

2x 1983 Grahams

Have had that many of each since Thanksgiving and really enjoyed them. One of the 1983's will go down alongside the turkey later this year...
