A big thanks goes out to everyone attendance for making this a phenomenal evening. I must also thank Andy for going above and beyond the call of duty. Every detail was addressed in advance and his generous hospitality was very much appreciated!

Sorry for taking a few days off the Forum. After last weekend, I had a few intense days of judging. [kez_11.gif]

Anyway, what a fabulous weekend. Andy definitely deserves a ton of credit for putting together a perfectly executed two-event weekend both of which were absolutely stellar. [dance2.gif]

Dinner with great wines and followed by Port @ the Kellogg Ranch was something I'd love to repeat ... often! Great food and service, thanks Andy for sharing that venue with us. A screaming deal too!

Additionally, the Taylor's / Vargellas / Terra Feita vertical tasting was sick, in a good way! Loved the true-geek nature of the experience with "cork-placemats" laid out in homage to these fibrous closures. [cheers.gif] Nice touch, Andy! Also having a team to do the decanting was great too, everything prepared well in advance. Excellent steaks, spuds and fresh grilled asparagus ... yummy and a pair of nice reds to complement the boeuf, just right.

A 21-bottle salute! :salute:

Thanks again Andy, awesome good time. :winebath:
