Decant: 18 hours - Pale orange in colour, very light. An attractive nose of barley sugar and toffee. Balanced entry, some sweetness and a good dose of acidity. Light floral flavours around a soft orange centre. Good length of slightly bitter burnt sugar and orange zest. This should be drunk sooner rather than later and is entirely tertiary in character although perfectly enjoyable. 84 points
