TN: 1970 Calem Vintage Port

Decant: 4 hours - Deeply coloured with a centre only just transparent and lovely colour in the rim. A touch of VA on the nose but this is dominated by sweet, ripe bramble fruit. Very big in the mouth. Full of life and vigour; fruit, some tannins and lots of mid-palate development. A lovely silky mouthfeel. The aftertaste is sweet and fruity, long and lingering although not big. 90 points
