Pale centre, showing a lot of brown and a hint of green on the rim. Nose of menthol with stewed fruit mixed in with it. A bite of rosemary comes through in the palate; quite acidic and slightly harsh, but with a nice seville orange peel running across the tongue. The aftertaste has a harsh burst, which fades to leave a long tingle and a candied strawberry finish. 87 points
