Decant: 5 hours - Filtered style of LBV, bottled in 1985. Red in colour, turning pale orange on the rim. Sweet redcurrants on the nose, livened up with a touch of cloves. Sweet and caressing entry with a gentle collection of mature flavours and just the right amount of acidity to give a great structure. Huge length, with a massive range of flavours and complexity. A very good wine. 6/6. 91 points
