Decant: 6 hours - Dee red colour, centre just transparent. A lovely nose, complex and powerful, a delicious mix of fruit and spice. Very smooth and sweet in the mouth, thick and rich blackcurrant fruit. A big wine with a wonderful combination of power and finesse, still with a touch of tannin. Slow to develop a finish, not a big finish, but one which fills the mouth and lasts an age. 91 points
