Decant: Just Opened - Pale tawny colour, light centre with a clear rim. Hot sugar and guar gum nose. Acidic entry with the wine becoming hugely acidic amongst the flavours of brown and burnt sugar. Aftertaste of burnt caramel is very long. 90 points
