TN: 1960 Sandeman Vintage Port

Decant: 4 hours - Dark red, deeply coloured centre. A lovely nose of sweetened redcurrants over a dusty element. Sweet and lovely fruit in the mouth with loads of white cherries and a white pepper bite. Surprisingly impressive, still with tannins in the mouth but the development and complexity is a little patchy; lip tingling. Sweet and slightly sugary aftertaste but big, mouthfilling and very long. Terrific showing. 90 points
