Decant: Pop 'n' pour - Cask sample. Intense red in colour, with violet dominating; an opaque centre. Superb blueberry nose, sweetening the blackcurrant juice. Very sweet entry, plenty of fruit but also hugely tannic and with a strong acidic core. A very big wine with some massive potential. 92-94. 92 points
