TN: 1970 Taylor Vintage Port

Decant: 4 hours - Lovely glowing red in colour with a pink rim. Plasticine tone on the nose under a pleasant fruity nose. Sweet in the mouth, plenty of fruit but a little subdued. Tannins are subdued and well supported by good developing fruit. The aftertaste is pleasant and of reasonable length, but is not big. Surprisingly, this is not as good as the Sao Luiz 1970 shown alongside. 89 points
