Decant: 6 hours - Light in colour, clear centre but still plenty of red. Sour cherries on the nose, sharp on the palate with sour citric acid; mixing with air releases a little more flavour. A huge burn shows on swallowing, but then candied lime jelly cubes linger for a while. 80 points
