Decant: 8 hours - Good red colour in the centre, pinking on the rim. Sweet mulberries on the nose, showing just a hint of heat. Sweet and soft in the mouth; a pleasant white pepper bite under a bitter stewed plum. Good development and complexity in the mouth. The aftertaste is of sweet espresso and plum skins. 88 points
