Notes taken on the 4th day this was open:

Doesn't look very tawny - pretty much bright ruby in color though not opaque. The nose shows mainly dried cherries and prunes, slightly medicinal, with some brown sugar as well. On the palate the dried fruits come through again along with some cinnamon spice and sufficient acidity to keep it fresh. The medium length finish is simple but clean and pleasant. For an entry level port it's an enjoyable sipper indeed. 85 pts, Tasted 12/10
