Tasted 12/24/10, easily the best VP I have ever had, cork broke during extraction, garnet/orange color throughout
On opening a light berry/mulberry nose, full sweet cassis and currant flavors, very integrated with some spirit in finish
At 3 hours, fuller berry nose with huge cassis, caramel, mocha, toffee nose, medium bodied, very integrated, flavors of sweet fruit, mocha, caramel, and cinnamon too
At 24 hours good mulberry, toffee, mocha, caramel nose and great fruit flavors as well as noticeable fine tannins for a long life, my score 96 points. I only have one left
