Served by the glass in a West Seattle restaurant--I don't know how long the bottle had been opened.
Couldn't really judge the color with the dark lighting, but the clarity seemed fine. The first whiff was a little hot, but that settled with time. Candied praline, toffee, and caramel, and maybe a little coffee. Thick and sweet with mild acid. A little cotton candy later, and dried plums in the empty glass. 90 points.
