Served up a bunch of 1991s and 1992, with choices following Marc's advice in
this thread.
Here I am explaining the differences between a VP, a second label VP, and a SQVP.

We tasted the Port first, then continued to drink Port through dinner consisting of a roast beef tenderloin with green peppercorn port sauce (also made with elk semi-demi), couscous with vegetables, and lemon zest topped asparagus. Cheese course followed with 2 year old Gouda, Black Label Cambozola, and a Stilton with blueberries. Dessert was a German chocolate cake.
My thanks to Marijke, Gail, Doedo, Steve, Amy, John, and Andrea for providing the delicious food and the opportunity to open all these bottles. I must also say they did a good job finishing them off. There was but about three small pours left when all was said and done for the evening.
