1991 Churchill Vintage Port

Decant: Not Known - Mid red colour, some early maturity on the rim. Nosing of slightly rotten fruit and quite spirity. Smooth in the mouth, gently tannic and giving the impression of over-ripe fruit. More tannic than I remember from previous bottles. Chewy aftertaste, dark chocolate finish of good length. Better than I recall the bottles showing at TCP. 86 points
