Decant: 2 hours - Warm, mahogany in colour; crystal clear and about 40% opaque. Cedar wood and cocktail cherries on the nose, very attractive. Balanced entry, slightly acidic but with plenty of redcurrant; surprisingly dry, with some soft tannins showing. Lovely body and presence, the layers of flavour develop beautifully. Big aftertaste and a huge, spicy finish of incredible length. Very, very good - easily the best bottle I have had so far. 91 points
