Decant: 5 hours - From magnum. Deep red and opaque. Fresh air on the nose, but not much else. Dry and grippy mid-palate, fruit a little more subdued than the bottle sample. Hot aftertaste, dry cheek finish with concentrated dark cherry fruit. Impressive. 91 points
