Decant: 4 hours - Light rose in colour, 30% opaque. Slightly odd on the nose, a touch dusty but this opens to give an attractive, sweet fruitiness. Very sweet entry, with a thick and syrupy texture. Spices all over the palate, which is full of nutmeg and sweet fresh figs. Long finish of soft raspberry jelly that also brings a spicy tingle. A delightful port, full of elegance. Really tasty, with a perfect balance of fruit and structure. 92 points
