Decant: 8 hours - Opaque; intense and deep red colour. Closed nose, some balckcurrants. Sweet fruit on the mouth, restrained and initially a little hollow. Then huge volumes of fruit with a very dry and powerful tannic core. Very dry finish. Less balance in this wine than to the 1994. 91 points
