2009 Dow's Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira Vintage Port

Decant: Not Known - Cask sample, 300 cases made. More herbaceous than the Malvedos. On the palate is fruit, restrained at first and growing bigger to such an extent that the tannins are hidden behind the fruit. The finish is long, full of ripe dry blackcurrants. This is an attractive, straightforward and uncomplicated port (that will be bottled the week after the show). 88-90/100. 88 points
