NV Quinta do Tedo 10 Year Old Tawny Port

Decant: Pop 'n' pour - Light red colour, 30% opaque. A little plastic on the nose. Sweet entry, a little too hollow initially but soft, sweet fruit developed in a restrained way. There is a nice level of acidity, but it makes itself known a little too late. The palate does finish with generous flavours of toffee and butterscotch. The butterscotch continues into the impressive finish. 82 points
