For The Love Of Port

I’ll be in Baltimore at the end of April - beginning of May at a conference and would really like to find a good place to celebrate my birthday.
Are there any restaurants in Baltimore, MD with great food and a good list of Port wines?

Any big name steak houses in Baltimore? My cousin went to Hopkins, but could only tell you where to buy cheap eats.
