1998 Fonseca Guimaerens
There are great bottles , not great vintages, a wise wine sage told me once. This 750 bottle opened this week was a blockbuster. Lots of fruit spice full motuh feel great finish. Up there with any great Fonseca. Not shown like this before. It has been very disappointing in the past. This bottle gets 94 points.
