Decant: 6 hours - Deep red, almost (95%) opaque. This has a touch of VA on the nose and in the palate. Medium bodied, with a sweet aftertaste that slightly shows the tannins as a dryness on the cheeks and brings a long, soft white cherry and chocolate finish. More time in the glass was rewarded with the VA becoming more subdued and the white cherry showing nicely in the palate. 85 points
